Does anyone know of a way to set the Xcode 3 editor to match the

much to indent is almost never what I want. Nor can I copy and
paste code anymore, because it goes and reformats everything. I
have to option-drag. I'm finding this editor a constant source of
harassment and extremely unpleasant to use.
Hi Jason,
I had this problem and a post from Scott Tooker showed the way to
correct it. It definitely had to do with the fact that I use
CodeWarrior compatible settings as the basis for my custom Key
Bindings.
The post is stored on another machine I don't have access to right
now but I believe it was from last autumn (probably after Xcode 2.5
GM was released).
If you are indeed using the Metrowerks Compatible key bindings, this
is a known problem that's fixed in 3.1, and you can repair yourself by
creating a copy of the Metrowerks key bindings and changing the
definition of "Insert Newline and Indent" to Return from Linefeed.
