Anyone able to download developer documentation?

For the last week or so, every time I've tried to download something
from ADC, particularly Xcode developer documentation but also some
other things I can't talk about here, the downloads have always been
corrupted, except for small RTF or PDF files. Am I the only one
experiencing this, or have others had this problem as well?
And yes, I've E-Mailed ADC and haven't received any response, and I
also filed a bug report, and I've tried this on multiple computers
with different 'net connections with the same results.
