duplicate file entries on FAT32

  • Subject: duplicate file entries on FAT32

I moved my subversion working copy to a FAT32 drive and now I get duplicate file entries in the buffer list, one of which is opened from the nav tree on the left and the other from when I step into code in that file. Both file buffers have the same path when I choose "Get Info" or "reveal in Finder". I can only resolve breakpoints in the buffer that was opened when I stepped into that file. All files are referenced using a path relative to it's enclosing group in the XCode nav tree, and the top-level group is relative to a variable that points to our source root.

Any ideas?
