No idea (and if I did I couldn't talk about it...);

Outside of Apple you can see what's happening with gcc; and what's happening
there will most likely eventually apply to what we're doing (since we use
gcc). Beyond that I really can't say.

There's no OpenMP support in the Cocoa (currently).

Yes, in theory. ;-)

FYI: The Intel guys gave a really good presentation on OpenMP at last years
WWDC; you can watch it on iTunes (if you have access). Or you can come to
this years; chances are they'll be talking about it again.
