-> first hit -> at the bottom under "Additional Documentation and Help" there are links to various other related release notes pages (including gcc). I don't think they contain the information you want though (they're not exactly detailed).

You can of course also download the sources from http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/ and look at the various Changelog.apple files (note that more than one such file may be contained in a single archive/project), which contain the cvs commit messages.
