How to rename project.

As a single developer and not using SCM (amateur!) I never found an automated way of doing it.

Start a new project with the required name, then move all your source files across and add them to the new project in their correct classification. The key fact is that the old nib file and all its connections will work in the new project so the user interface and all those hundreds of forgotten actions and outlets don't have to be remembered and reconnected. You will of course have to look at the text in the menu.
