Hi Preston,

I believe your problem is that you are not sharing the build locations of your two projects. The build directories (and even the build configuration names) must be the same, or Xcode can't find the framework and put it into your application.

Spot on. Thanks a bundle for this observation.
Looking back in the xcode docs, the need for this is clearly stated, but somehow I filtered it out on the earlier readings... a subconscious blind optimism that I wouldn't need to wrangle the projects in any way?
