Restore Build Results window to default?

I have a number of projects.  One of which has an odd problem with the Build Results window.
Normally there are a few buttons in the lower left to show full transcript among other things.
In this project my build results are always shown full transcript and all the buttons are gone.

Is there a simple method to restore this to normal and return the buttons as the default?
