bug in /Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools fails to remove /Developer/Documentation?

Hi, I recently ran the Xcode uninstaller
(/Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools --mode=all) to remove Xcode
3.1.1 from one of my systems.  It appears to have worked, but not
completely.

For some reason, it fails to remove /Developer/Documentation. Is there
a reason the uninstaller leaves behind this particular remnant of the
Xcode installation?  Is this a bug in the uninstall-devtools script?
