I should have clarified that by "forgetting", I only meant that the source file saves occur with the wrong line endings (Unix).
The actual settings in Preferences still show Windows line endings.

I'm working on a project being ported from windows (with both versions now under development).
Because of it's original platform, I've setup XCode to use Windows line endings in my global XCode preferences (not the per-file preferences). For both new and existing files.
But Xcode seems to "randomly" forget this setting and go back to saving in Unix line endings - I usually don't notice until I'm Comparing with FileMerge (through the SCM options) and this shows that the entire file has changed to Unix line endings again.
Once it's started, the only way I can get XCode to remember the settings is to Quit and restart XCode. Then re-saving the troublesome file with Xcode correctly uses Windows line endings.
Anyone else seen this problem and know a solution for it?
Xcode 3.1
Thanks,
Michael
