Adding localized help to a project

Hi List,
I've been fighting with this for a couple of days now and can't
seem to figure out how to add help files to a project correctly. I'd
like the final result create a sub-folder in the respective localized
resource directory with localized versions in it.
I can add a folder containing HTML files to the project, that's no
problem. When I choose "Create Folder References for any added folder"
Xcode will copy the entire folder into English.lproj. I can then add a
localization and Xcode it will copy the entire structure to the
corresponding .lproj folder.
But how do I add files/folder to that structure later on? Where do I
put them before I add it the the Xcode project? I've tried putting it
into the English.lproj directory, adding the files to the project and
adding a localization but that doesn't copy the files to the other
localized folders.
Is there a best practice on how to add localizable help that will
change (adding folders and files) to an Xcode project? The
documentation on adding online Help is extremely sparse (compared to
the rest), are there external sources available? Step-by-step guides?
Thanks for any help!
Regards
Markus
