If you're still using Panther, then you need to download Xcode 1.5, which is available from <http://connect.apple.com/>. Don't download Xcode 2.0 or later; they won't work.

<PEDANTIC> It's spelled "Mac OS X" and "Xcode". A "MAC" is a Media Access Control, not a Macintosh, which is spelled "Mac". </PEDANTIC>
