iPhone Simulator Failing To Launch !!!!!!

Hello All,
I have installed iPhone SDK on my Mac.
If I run the Emulator, it is failing to launch.
I am new to MAC, I don't have any clue on this. I have also pasted the log got from the Console.
Any clue on this????????
