iPhone not detected in Xcode and itunes

  • Subject: iPhone not detected in Xcode and itunes

hi

I have just recently installed iPhone SDK 3.0 beta 2, I'm using Mac OS
X 10.5.5, and iTunes 8.1.1.

When I tried to connect my iPhone 3G with 2.2 firmware, it's just "not
detected", but my USB port is working normally with other device, and
it could charge the iPhone too.
The above message applies to all of software that has communication
features with iPhone.

thanks
