It should be in your developer folder...navigate to:

/Developer/Applications/Performance Tools/CHUD/

The primary problem with it is that it is rather easy to create files it cannot handle.

Bug reports have been filed and if you need this functionality as well, I would suggest filing one yourself at http:// bugreport.apple.com as the more bugs they receive, the more likely they are to get fixed. Last time I checked, the probably still existed.
