It should be in your developer folder...navigate to:
/Developer/Applications/Performance Tools/CHUD/
The primary problem with it is that it is rather easy to create
files it cannot handle.
Bug reports have been filed and if you need this functionality as
well, I would suggest filing one yourself at http://bugreport.apple.com
as the more bugs they receive, the more likely they are to get
fixed. Last time I checked, the probably still existed.

There are options within Saturn to limit the size of the output file.
Using those options helps ensure the files can be opened. The problem
with large files is well understood but it would be useful to know how
often this is being encountered.
