If it only happens for you but not for others on the same machine, I
would suspect a buggy library or framework in your ~/Libraries folder.
If you absolutely cannot make it stop happening, I would then suggest
backing up all of your personal data in your home directory -
including personal data in your Libraries folder, but not software -
then deleting your user account and creating it again.
