Can't update Xcode 3.1.2 docs....

Hi,
Whenever I try to update the xCode docs using the "Get" button next to
the Doc Set, I get a "!" and an error message. Even if I download the
docset manually and move it into /Developer/Documentation the docset
is ignored by the Xcode reader. Any ideas?
It appears the .xar file is downloaded properly and failure occurs
after that.
