MainWindow.nib Cannot be saved

I just started getting the error 'The document "MainWindow.nib" cannot be saved.' when I choose to build and run after making a UUI change.

MainWindow.nib is not locked nor are any of its contents.

Any suggestions as to where I should look to solve this problem?
