If that were true, then Xcode would be unable to run 64-bit, which we
know isn't the case. Because Xcode can run 64-bit, then, by
definition, it cannot contain any Carbon calls.
Whether or not an app works with a third-party hack is not the
deciding factor in whether or not that app is a "proper Cocoa app".
