Xcode and iphone copy issue

So I am struggling to add a step in Xcode while I build my iphone app to copy a set of file( images) into the application.

I added them as a ressources but they show in the same directory than the app itself. I want to have all of the images under a subdirectory like "images"

What I am confuse is that I have a group called Images with all my images in it but looking at the source folder it shows all the file in the same directory.... How can I have all the files in a subfolder within the iphone.app? and how do I do that within Xcode?
