Fascinating, Captain. This mechanism seems to be full of flaws. There is no easy interface for accessing this file. It isn't a valid .plist file (Property List Editor won't open it). It's in the MacRoman encoding (which I would have thought would be dead as a doorknob by now). And I can't get it to macro-expand my files, a problem complained of here:

However, I did at least get it to show my Description, which was the original problem; so, thanks for that!
