unable to debug the proj in root account

Hi, I have a Xcode2.5 project, using 10.4universal SDK. It runs and debugs fine, when logged in as admin. It runs fine on root account, but when I try to debug, the control doesn't even reach the init method of the AppController class and there is error in debugger lower status bar, that: Unable to access memory at address 0xfeedfad2.

Please help.
