I have a Xcode2.5 project, using 10.4universal SDK.
It runs and debugs fine, when logged in as admin.
It runs fine on root account, but when I try to debug, the control doesn't even reach the init method of the AppController class and there is error in debugger lower status bar, that: Unable to access memory at address 0xfeedfad2.

When at the crash point, choose Debug > Debugger and look at the stack trace (usually in the upper left panel). That shows you what Xcode, gdb, and Mac OS X were trying to do when launching your app. It might be informative, at least to us if not to you.
