Can we get such a list at lists.apple.com?
My guess is that a porting dev list (a list focused on porting
applications to OSX) might be more inline with Apple development. If
you look at the Apple Dev site there is some documentation on porting
applications to OSX but I have not come across anything on Cross
Platform Development. My guess is that Cross Platform Development is
not really in Apple's sights so they might be more interested in list
that covers porting to OSX. Though not the same thing many of the same
issues are relevant.
