You can set your list options at this location:
Substitute your subscribed email address for yourname@yourdomain.
The escaped @ is simply the "@" symbol.
The first option is you can choose between digest mode and individual
items.
Second, you can choose whether anything at all is emailed to you.
This might seem pointless, but you can disable delivery and browse
the list archives on-line. I've been doing exactly this with the
Xcode-users list for months now, and it works fine.
