Where do templates go now?

I have a number of (somewhat older) project templates from various contributors I can never seem to find the right place for them now, in Xcode 3+. Where do I put them so they'll be accessible to all users of Xcode (across all versions) but not get wiped out every time a new Xcode is installed?
