Assuming GCC_PREFIX_HEADER and using a per-target .pch file? Yes--that works.

But messing with the .pch (I think) shouldn't be required. DevTools ENGR should strive to make iphone dev work as close to equivalent of mac dev work.

The article's method should work. I use it for maintaining multiple targets
in my Xcode project. I would say try again. You shouldn't have to touch any
build settings except for the build setting that specifies the prefix header
for the target.

Other than that, it just a matter of setting the target membership correctly
on the prefix header for your targets.

Unfortunately, I don't see anything missing from the articles description so
I can't help you figure out why it's not working for you. Do you have any
specific issues you've run into?

I wasn't able to replicate his results after reading the manual and
looking at all the build setting documents. So, here's my question:

How do I create a target-specific header file that's included
automatically when I switch build targets back and forth between Lite
and Pro for an iPhone application project?
