I am not sure what you are looking for. I can give you the name of a

Apple has a Federal Systems Group. They might even be investigating,
already, what it would to make it possible for agencies to use the
iPhone for some of their apps. You could check with Apple support
(however that works for you) and ask them specifically about this.
Or, try asking the question in the iPhone Dev Forums and not a generic
Xcode mailing list.
Good luck.

I am looking into the availability of iPhone application security

Requirements, Intrusion detection, vulnerabilities and exposures

designing applications that are as safe as possible is important
both to my software company and products and all of us who build
for distribution on Apple hardware platforms. We need to set the
bar to show the industry at large this can be done well. Are there
tests available to Apple developers?
