probably many things.
Yes you can get the crash logs off the phone if you plug the phone in,
then go look for the device browser. You can also download a separate
device manager app, the name of which now totally escapes me, which lets
you manage provisioning profiles as well as other device features in one
place .. you can get the crash logs from there too.
