If you get the latest version of the docs (to be sure, go into the Documentation preferences and press the "Check and Update Now" button), this should be largely resolved.

The problem is usually encountered where there is a tooltip associated with the link you are hovering over, which we've fixed. We know of at least one other case where it can come up, and we're working on that.

From time to time when I scroll down into an article in Developer
Documentation (opened from the top menu bar, Help -> Documentation),
it jumps to the top of the article by itself! (or some other random
location, depending on its mood;) I do not need to click anything
just move the mouse around is enough to trigger it!

It is really annoying, since I cannot read the documentation in peace!

Did anyone else had the same problem?

Yes, we've had some threads on this already. Apple is supposedly mopping up
the pages where this occurs and replacing them. Make sure you have the
latest version of the docs. m.

Ah, thanks for your answer Matt, I was almost going mad about this.
Where can I find some more info on the open threads about this issue?

Thank you, and please my excuse, my probably stupid questions.
