Not all.  In the docs for NSTextViewDelegate, they say things like:

  Available in Mac OS X v10.0 and later.
  Available as part of an informal protocol prior to Mac OS X v10.6.

So I guess we should file documentation bugs against delegates that aren't handled this way.

Is it possible
to find out what delegate methods are supported in prior system
versions? Not everyone can target only the latest system.
