Time Machine backs up my Xcode 3.2 build folders

Hello.

Time Machine seems to treat Xcode 3.2 build folders like any other folder on my (Mac OS X 10.6) system. Is this a bug or a feature?

Xcode 3.1 Release Notes say:

Xcode build folders are now excluded from Time Machine backups.

FWIW, this is in the "Significant Bug Fixes from Xcode 3.0" section.

I haven't seen any Time Machine-related changes in the release notes of Xcode versions newer than 3.1, which I guess means Xcode 3.2 build folders are supposed to be excluded from Time Machine backups as well, but that's *not* what I'm experiencing...

TIA.
