The full transcript is in the context menu for the build window, and
opens in a separate text editor. What's opened is a faithful
representation of what build steps you see; if you want a full
transcript, set the scope bar to All Results, By Step, All Messages
before you right-click to choose Open These Results as Transcript Text
File.
