Xcode 3.2 requires Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). The latest Xcode
version that will run on your 10.5 (Leopard) system is 3.1.4,
available as a free download from <http://connect.apple.com>.
Incidentally, you should also run Software Update - the latest Leopard
version is 10.5.8.
