It's probably true that if you're injecting a plist into the binary
with a linker flag, Xcode is not going to handle the dependencies
correctly. Cleaning, however, should work, and clearing caches should
have no effect. If you have a case where cleaning doesn't pick up a
modified plist, please file a bug.
