It's probably true that if you're injecting a plist into the binary
with a linker flag, Xcode is not going to handle the dependencies
correctly. Cleaning, however, should work, and clearing caches
should have no effect. If you have a case where cleaning doesn't
pick up a modified plist, please file a bug.
Xcode 3.2 is still ignorant of changes in the .h file (this is with a
standard Mac .app bundle)
INFOPLIST_FILE = source/Info.plist
INFOPLIST_PREFIX_HEADER = source/GameVersion.h
But at least 3.2 will get the version right after a clean. Nice to
have that fixed!
Do you need a bug for "INFOPLIST_PREFIX_HEADER dependency ignored" ?
