Refactor + moved XIB file

I'm a bit confused. I created a brand-new document-based project in
Xcode 3.2, and then moved some files around, including:
1. I made a new folder within the project folder.
2. I moved English.lproj inside that folder.
3. I fixed up the Xcode file references by adjusting the 'Resources'
group path to point to the new folder.
And I did a similar thing for the source files MyDocument.m/.h too.
The project builds fine, without errors.
The I tried to use Refactor... to change the name of class
'MyDocument' to something else. When I click "Preview" in the Refactor
window, it comes up with an error saying that <project folder>/
English.lproj/MyDocument.xib doesn't exist, which is true enough, but
there shouldn't still be any references to the file at that path in
the project.
In the Refactor window behind the sheet with the error, all of the
renamed files (MyDocument.xib/.m/.h) are listed twice. For the .m/.h,
one of the two listed files has a checkmark, the other has no checkbox
at all. For the first listed MyDocument.xib, there's a spinning
progress indicator.
What's weird is that if I remove the project reference to
MyDocument.xib, I still get the error on refactoring (even after
cleaning the project). If I then look at the .pbxproj file in
textedit, it correctly contains no reference to MyDocument.xib
whatsoever.
If I move the English.lproj folder back to its original place in the
project folder, I get the error message on the *second* MyDocument.xib
entry in the Refactor window instead.
Can anyone shed any light on what's going on here? Where is the
reference to the "wrong" path to MyDocument.xib being cached?
