I've just updated to Snow Leopard (only OS and no XCode) and my

It can be found in /Developer/usr/bin but does no longer seem to be

Does this indicate that I must also install the new XCode?
Yes, installing Snow Leopard over Leopard removes all of Leopard's /
usr/bin developer tools, and you need to install them from the Xcode
installer disk image on the Snow Leopard DVD.
