Thanks Dave!
I wonder why the Release Notes file within the installation is not updated, but never mind. I am happy to report, that distributed builds are back. functional, and performing fine.
HOWEVER...
In our environment, development machines are spread over several (4) VLAN's. This network design is dictated by our IT for security reasons.
The problem is, Bonjour zeroconf (zeroconf) packets don't cross VLANs in our environment. According to our IT, this is due to a bug or incompatibility between the backbone switch by HP, and Apple's implementation of Bonjour (Windows machines DO bonjour services across VLAN's, while Macs don't).
Unfortunately, Xcode uses Bonjour to find distcc servers and clients. And so, we can't enjoy the development machines on our other VLANs.
In the past (up to Xcode 3.0) it did work. I think there was a fall-back scheme where Bonjour was not available --- some kind of port-scan discovery? From Xcode 3.1 and on, it stopped working.
1. Did anyone here experience such problems with distributed builds?
2. Is there any work-around?
Thanks!

1. Does Anyone here know anything about this bug? specifically, does anyone here work with distributed builds with the new Xcode 3.2.2?
2. WHERE ARE THE RELEASE NOTES for Xcode 3.2.2 ??? this is extremely important to us.
On my system, Help > Xcode Release Notes. And here, too:
http://developer.apple.com/mac/library/releasenotes/DeveloperTools/RN-Xcode/index.html
Based on that it sounds like there's some significant changes to DB.
