Ad Hoc Distribution

Hi all,

An easy one for you - I think I know the answer but want to make sure I am right. If you add a new UDID to a provisioning profile, do you need to rebuild the binary using the new profile or is it sufficient to just install the new .mobileprovision and use the original binary?

Also, while I'm here I have a general Apple question - is it mandatory for an iPhone to be associated with an Apple ID? And if so, can a single Apple ID be used across multiple devices?

Many thanks in advance,

Dan
