KC,
The easiest way would be to login to the developers portal (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/manage/overview/index.action)
Then select Provisioning tab (assuming it is a development profile that is expiring)
This will show you all the profiles and their expiry dates.  By selecting the (Details) link you can see the associated application ID.
