If you will never need to open your nib in IB < 3.2, then you can change
your IB deployment target. But if you need your nib to be open in 3.1
then this warning is a godsend, especially if you're developing a
framework or supporting PowerPC (which can use at most 3.1).

See IB > Preferences > Alerts. See also Xcode's build settings in the
IB section, specifically: IBC_ERRORS, IBC_NOTICES, IBC_WARNINGS.
