Codesigning dependancy checking problem

  • Subject: Codesigning dependancy checking problem

I have a code signing certificate used by my build that will expire on 15th Jan this year. Since yesterday, Xcode fails to build anything as it is telling me that:

'Code Signing Identity 'My Cert' does not match any valid, non-expired, code-signing certificate in your keychain'

Is Xcode getting its dates wrong, or is it being proactive and not allowing a soon-to-expire certificate to be used?
