That shouldn't be an issue. Subversion commands operate on the working-set that the current working directory is in, and each working-set knows its repository (run 'svn info' to see what it is.)

I have SVN checkouts from at least six different repositories on my machine, and I don't have to do anything special to work with them, other than 'cd'.
