iOS 4 release - when is the SDK NDA lifted?

I spend half of last week finding workarounds for a bunch of Xcode + toolchain related regressions with the current GM SDK.

When is the NDA lifted so I can share it with fellow developers without devforums?

I consider it pretty unproductive spending time to find out workarounds for solved problems and monkey around without familiar search engines.
