While it's under NDA you can discuss it in the NDA forums with all the other people who have it and are also under NDA.
It's probably not that useful to discuss it here in public with non-NDA list members, because they don't have access to it.
When they have access to it, that is, when it's posted for general availability (which is usually within a few hours of the iOS posting), then they can download it, and your discussion of it in public will be more productive.
