There is nothing to "write down". You create the ad hoc provisioning profile
and send it to your tester. If he is someone authorized to build your app
(i.e. you got the corporation license and this person is an admin), he can
now do so. If he is just a tester, *you* build the app, making an ad hoc
distribution build (this is tricky, be sure to read the instructions
carefully and *fully*); when you send him the built app, he installs the app
and the profile in iTunes and can now sync to install on the authorized
device. m.
