I'm going to repeat what I just said in another thread:

Testing on 10.5 SDK on a 10.6 machine is *absolutely not* a substitute for
testing on a machine that is actually *running* 10.5.

So, however you *build*, make sure that you *test* on a 10.5 machine before
believing that your app will in fact run under 10.5. m.
