Scripting Xcode

Hi all! I am using happily Xcode (Version 3.2.1) to develop my projects, and now I am facing a, maybe, weird problem to solve.

I am using a library (the Qt, BTW) that creates some intermediate *source* code files, that I'd like to add automatically to my project. Is there a way to create a script, called in a "Run script" phase, that calls the source generation program, and next adds the results to a group?

Just another question. Why has Xcode an arrow on a "Run Script" phase, although there is no way of "adding" any script to it? I mean, I can call scripts in the "script" area that appears double-clicking on the phase, but I cannot drag and drop any script there... or so it seems to me!

Thanks & cheers!
